Is there a commitment or contract to sign?
No, there’s no commitment. You can cancel your subscription at any time.
Is my data and my clients' data secure?
Yes. Your data is securely hosted, and Hexfit holds recognized information security certifications, available on our Trust Center.
Can I migrate my clients from my current tool (Excel, other software)?
Yes. You can import your existing clients directly via a CSV file. If you’re not comfortable with the technical side, the Hexfit team can handle the migration for you.
Do I need training to use Hexfit?
Not really: the interface is intuitive. You also have access to the Hexfit Academy for tutorial videos and online help for detailed help articles. What happens if I cancel my subscription?
On monthly billing, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current month. On annual billing, your access stays active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.

Who has access to my clients' records?
You decide who sees what, thanks to distinct access profiles for each team member. An employee only sees the clients they actively work with, a manager sees all clients at their location, and only administrators get a full overview. Every professional has their own account, so your clients’ confidentiality is always respected.
Does Hexfit integrate with my other tools?
Yes. On your clients’ side, Hexfit syncs with Apple Health, Garmin, Fitbit, Polar, Strava, Google Fit, and several other devices, to centralize their health and progress data. On your side, Hexfit also connects to tools like Stripe, Mindbody, Zapier, or your Google/Microsoft calendar, so everything stays in sync without double data entry.
Does Hexfit work on mobile?
Yes, absolutely. Your clients follow their program on the Hexfit Go app, available on the app stores. On your end, the software is web-based: you access it from your browser, on desktop, tablet, or mobile.
