Hexfit is management and tracking software designed for physical activity professionals. It helps them structure their practice, professionalize their coaching, and engage their clients more to support their progress.
Why Hexfit was created
It all started in 2015. Étienne Dubois was a student at the time, passionate about development and entrepreneurship. His idea was simple: build a tool to help Quebec kinesiologists organize their client tracking and create personalized training programs.
Working with professionals in the field, a reality quickly became clear. Creating a good program is only part of the job. You also need to know your clients, track their progress, manage appointments, files, nutrition, and admin work. And when several professionals are involved, make sure the right information reaches the right person at the right time.
The more personalized the coaching, the more complex it becomes to manage. That’s the problem Hexfit was created to solve. The software’s first official version launched in Quebec, built for Canadian kinesiologists.
That’s the starting point of a conviction that hasn’t changed since: technology should help professionals do their job better, not impose a method on them.
