Our GDPR / Law 25 Approach

The security of our software and the protection of our clients’ personal data are at the heart of our concerns. Hexfit Solutions Inc. has undertaken an active process of bringing its activities into compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We want to provide you with additional information about our GDPR compliance:

  • We have appointed our Data Protection Officer, reachable at hexperts@hexfit.com.
  • We have updated our privacy policy in line with GDPR rules: hexfit.com/en/privacy-policy/
  • All personal data we collect (email, phone, postal address, etc.) will be collected with explicit opt-in consent.
  • Individuals already registered in our information system will be informed in accordance with the new regulation.
  • Individual rights will be respected per GDPR: right to information, deletion, rectification, access, objection, portability, erasure, and restriction of processing. These rights can be exercised at any time by emailing hexperts@hexfit.com.
  • The security of personal data is one of our priorities. We have technical and organizational solutions ensuring data security and integrity.
  • Hexfit Solutions, Inc will respond to confirmed data breaches per applicable breach notification deadlines. If an EU citizen is affected, the data subject and necessary authorities will be notified within 72 hours.
  • Hexfit Solutions Inc. operates as a data processor, processing personal data on behalf of its users in accordance with GDPR. Data is processed only as necessary to provide services. Sub-processing is carried out with verified providers adhering to equivalent standards. Users retain control over their data, including rights to access, modify, and delete their information. Hexfit follows secure data deletion protocols at end of service, unless legal retention is required.

Our commitment to this approach is active. The actions put in place are only the beginning of daily work of improvement, monitoring, information, advice, and surveillance. The foundations are in place to ensure our partners and clients can approach the evolution of our professions with peace of mind.
