What counts as an active client?
An active client or patient is a record in which you’ve performed at least one action within the last 3 months. Inactive records don’t count toward your quota.
How does remote therapeutic follow-up work?
Remote therapeutic follow-up lets you track your clients and patients remotely through a connection to their smartwatches. Automated reports are generated and you receive alerts in case of anomalies. The cost is +$6/active patient/month.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime. For monthly billing, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current month. For annual billing, access remains active until the end of the paid period.
Do I need a credit card for the free trial?
No! No commitment or payment information is required to start your trial.
What is Hexfit's refund policy?
Our refund policy is simple: if you’re not satisfied with your Hexfit experience, we’ll refund you.
